With Alpha 4, planetary economics, and the ability to explore and expand out to other starsystems are implemented. Survey ships can be built, they can be given automatic orders to survey(survey nearest survey point/body are the only ones that are currently implemented), colonies can be created(if possible, through the F9 screen create colony button), terraforming can be done, installations built, minerals mined and ships built. Colony and cargo ships can move goods and people between colonies.

Missile Combat and Planetary Motion

This version features missiles and point defense as well as motion for planets. Taskgroups may orbit planets and moons, and as the planet moves the taskgroup will remain in orbit. A subpulse system is also included, but it will likely need a great deal of work.

The Economics screen bug has been resolved, all dropdown boxes should update properly, and the main window timer now updates. In addition, travel lines have been added to Taskgroup movement. Taskgroup labels still do not stack properly, and only faction one can create waypoints however.
