Copy logs to sd card into Documents folder and Android 10+ storage approach

• saveLogsToSDCard should save logs into user available folder in the root. Documents folder was chosen.
• Android 10+ content resolver approach during copy was added.
• saveLogsTOSDCard renamed to saveLogsToSDCard.
• saveLogsDestinationDirName parameter added to SendLogsDialogFragment. This folder will be created within the Documents folder.
