The zero padding on method Fluid1D::SaveSnapShot() only works up to 100000 snaps. That should be enough for general simulation however the total snapshot number and sampling is still based on the DS instability scenario we should rethink that

the tolerance cut off at the pressure term in the log presures is also helping convergence. To deal with issue #75 I've just extended the string size so we'll need to come back to that later. Viscosity still not working
