… # 84 to avoid conflict with pre-existing coefficient # 89. This should make the code backwards compatible again. To be backwards compatible with old results (for builds prior to March 7 commit), coefficients 84-88 in the WorkLocationModel coefficients file should either be 0 or not present. Those coefficient numbers should also not be used in any region-specific directory code added for the WorkLocationModel.
