Repository contains the codes to convert dicom files to a custom file format developed by researchers at KLIV, IIT Kharagpur. This webportal was developed as part of my internship in the insitution.
Absrtact:-
Flask based Web appilication to convert dicom files to a custom file format [crazy-bitmap]. dicomread.py and czbtodicom.py contains pyhton code for converting a .dcm file to a .czb file and vice-versa respectivly. Open source modules such as python dicom, flask etc has been used. All necessary modules should be installed before executing. A sample .dicom file is included in the samples directory.
