Add Adafruit TFT Featherwing and command history/line editing support

Requires 9.0 Alpha or later CircuitPython.

*The MaTouch firmware does not yet support all the board features

New with this Release:

• Support for Adafruit TFT Featherwing touchscreen displays
• Command History recall using up and down virutal arrow keys
• Command line editing using left and right virtual arrow keys

Known issues

• The Down, Up, Left and Right arrows are located going from bottom to top along the right edge of the display, currently only the Hacktablet has arrow icons displayed.

Improve key detection on differing screen resolutions

Requires pre-release 9.X CircuitPython.
Firmware for both Hacktablet and MaTouch ESP32-S3 Parallel TFT with Touch 7" attached as binaries under "Assets" below.
