OpenWith - shell32 Release

In this release, I decided to change the way the program selection window is invoked, using shell32.dll and the OpenAs_RunDLL option. This ensures that the default action is triggered for the file after selecting a program.

For example, in the previous release, using 'Open with' and selecting Clipchamp would launch the Clipchamp application, but it wouldn't create a new project based on the file. Now, this has been fixed. 🎉✨

OpenWith Release

A release with the "Open with..." option in the context menu allows users to choose the program with which a selected file will be opened.
