This is Postman, a news aggregator bot

It sends top 20 worldwide news in English twice a day at 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM

Postman sources include Google News and News APIs top headlines

To use it:

1. Push /start command
2. Select preferred time zone from provided options (available time zones are located in specific_timezones.py)
3. Subscription is activated

Bots commands:

• /start - activate the subscription
• /stop - deactivate the subscription
• /bot_description - about bot
