Update engine and run functions for timeseries fast mode #69

Update PVEngine so that it can run the complete timeseries fast mode simulations
Remove the old fast mode method (archive it in test_engine.py) and update engine API
Update the run functions as well
Fix: make sure the engine can pass GHI data to the irradiance models
