Merge new AOI methods into full mode workflow #94

Integrate new AOI methods into PVEngine and run functions for full mode only for now (will try to do it for fast mode later, but not a priority)
Implement new tests to make sure it can run in both parallel and non-parallel modes

Fixes #36
