  • Update js deps
  • Bind default exclusions to the container
  • Provider an extender for extensions to register additional routes/urls

With this change, extensions like ianm/twofactor can specify any routes that they need for additional logic/callbacks, etc, for example: imorland/flarum-ext-twofactor#25
