Interface state not update correctly during layer thrash. #1111

When thrash with exit & enter in same runloop, we are exiting visible immediately but not entering for layer backed nodes because ranged managed non-layer backed (views) nodes will update before the thrash happens.
We need another way to coalesce layer backed nodes.
