nii-nvim beta release

nii-nvim beta release. The project is still not in the state that I would prefer, however many major changes have com across, so all have been incorporated into this release.

On another note, active development of this project will be moving to my sourcehut repo If you were planning on contributing, please consider this change if needed.

"Stable" Release v0.1.1-alpha

Minor release of nii-nvim, mostly related to documentation, but there are some minor changes under the hood.
This isn't a fully "stable" release as it still retains issues from #8 and anything else undiscovered.

Stable Release v0.1.0-alpha

The first alpha relase of nii-nvim.
This is considered a "stable" version as It can properly function as an editor without much issue.
There is still alot in store for optimzing the configuration and documentation.
