Testing release

With sufficient enough edits to the 'fr-latin9' keyboard layout, the following apppears sufficiently close to the contemporary French keyboard layouts for modern Macs. I deemed this revision "good enough" to try out for daily drivers. Though it may not be perfect, it appears more or less good for my daily use, and it is close enough to the layout on Mac OS to be to my liking. Feel free to edit and make pull requests!! Since I have not maintained any of these before, and since the information available is limited, I cannot seem to learn how to create a '.map.gz' compressed file, but it does not appear to matter anyhow. 'loadkeys' recognizes it just the same anyways. Now we only have to port our changes to our DEs!!
