Gnome 41 compatibility

GNOME 41 changed a lot the way icons context menus work. For this reason, I changed the approach to create the "Add to Desktop" button in the menu. Unfortunately, this new approach has the downside to be incompatible with older versions of GNOME and requires a restart of the shell in order to activate or disable the extension. This may be fixed in future versions.

No sudo password update

From now on I decided to use copies of the launcher file instead of links to the launcher files. With this new setup there are no more permission issues and no more need to ask for sudo password.
