WalletConnectV2 incorrectly passes safeTxGas value, equal 0 (default value).
Thus we have a mismatch between gnosis safeTxHash and one calculated by useDApp (safeTxGasis based on estimation).

This hot fix should be removed after WalletConnectV2 rectifies the problem.
