Root Painter CSV to JSON

Splits up the monolithic CSV file created by root_painter and images into nicely formatted folders with JSON files and images

Usage

  1. Clone this repo
  2. Run python3 main.py in the root directory of this repo
  3. Follow the prompts
  4. Enjoy your new folders

What is this for?

The 'output' generated by this program is used as the 'data' folder in Rhizobia-Analyzer
