Pre-Alpha: Networking works!

Pre-alpha, networking has been started, minor API additions started...I've got to rewrite portions of it that I have just simply not finished as of yet so did not commit, though they do work as is, I would simply like to improve them, and make the whole thing more idiomatic toward Golang's best practices.

I recently added a cross-compilation BASH script to the projects root, to compile against the platforms I could think of off the top of my head. Solaris doesn't support i386 I guess, but almost nobody uses Solaris based OSes as it is.

I'll be working on it a lot over next week, as I only work 2 days this week.
