There are 3 updates within Listings Sample solution.

• Next13.5.6->14.2.5
• ws8.13->8.18
• braces3.0.2->3.0.3
  With the NextJS update, there is a known issue with formidable. see Hexoid Error (?) node-formidable/formidable#960 A workaround is implemented in next.config.js
  Due to next-intl version update, default locale "en-US" is showing up in the URL path for all pages and that broke the UI test. Added a fix according to this documentation https://next-intl-docs.vercel.app/blog/next-intl-3-0#switching-the-middleware-default-of-localeprefix-to-always
