• Long reads binning.
• Constrained binning with a subset of annotated reads.
• All annotations with the same label are treated as must binned together (must-link) and vice versa.

Planned features on the next immediate release

• Binning long reads assemblies.
• Additional constraints as --must-link and --must-not-link for reads binning.
• Constraints to be given as pairs of read ids instead of read indices. Which is more intuitive.
