Describe the feature you would like.

After discussing the API usage, we decide to adjust API of Hint. After adjusting, the tasks are as follows:

• Delete the original method of using hint manager along with None HintShardingStrategy.
• Add setTableShardingValue processsing.
• Modify reading the ShardingValues from hint manager.
• Modify using hint manager for sharding db & table.
