Once AsciidoctorJ 1.6 is released we should completely drop support for AsciidoctorJ in the 2,0 series plugin. People who still require the older version can use the 1.5.x series of the plugin.

Dropping support will remove a lot of the workarounds that are in place for AciidoctorJ and specific versions of JRuby. This will also reduce the number of integration tests required.
