jsii-pacmak compatibility with jsii-rosetta 5.5.0?

Currently, jsii-pacmak uses the following peer dependencies for jsii-rosetta, see https://github.com/aws/jsii/blob/v1.102.0/packages/jsii-pacmak/package.json#L71

  "peerDependencies": {
    "jsii-rosetta": "^0.0.0 || ~5.2.0 || ~5.3.0 || ~5.4.0"
  },

Recently, jsii-rosetta 5.5.0 has been released (see https://github.com/aws/jsii-rosetta/releases/tag/v5.5.0).

Now, trying to upgrade jsii-rosetta will lead to a version conflict

At a first glance, I could not see anything obviously critical that changed in jsii-rosetta that may cause issues if we also add 5.5.0 in the peer dependencies of jsii-pacmak . Are there already any plans to do this?

I just saw that a commit was made to support jsii-rosetta 5.5.0 --> 9ecea56 (part of #4619 )
