SRTP Performance test

this program compares the performance of two SRTP stacks:

• libsrtp (version 2.0 or later) [1]
• libre (version 2.0.0 or later) [2]

You need to have libsrtp-dev and libre-dev packages installed before building this program.

libre version 2.0.0 or later is needed
