Mediator *Support 2000 bisq-network/roles#83 (comment) Busy cycle with 139 mediations closed this cycle. All tickets on old instance has been completed. Mediation was complicated this cycle with a charge back scammer trying to scam users with Instant SEPA payments. This lead to more mediations than normal as traders opened mediation to report the scam attempt. I have increased my compensation for mediation inline with Leo's increase. Mediations numbers are increasing overtime and are now more complex. Since the change to mediations (Improve dispute resolution) the process has improved a lot. It has however increased mediation workload due to 'keeping hold' of tickets to payout, and also completing more manual payouts. I find myself spending twice as long on my mediation role than when I started almost 3 years ago. I am pleased with how everything is going, and very much enjoying the role, and looking forward see how Bisq 2 mediations will work.
