Overview
We don't have any third-party runtime dependencies (only PHP extensions) but we do use PHPUnit for our tests. This PR updates from 10.5.19 to 10.5.20.
Notes
We're holding off on 10.5.21 to run a few more tests. That release only contains one change, but it does break our file system tests.
We would address this immediately, however the comment mentions it's a short-term solution, so we may wait until 10.5.22 (or 10.6.0, etc.) to see what further changes come.
