OP Batch Inbox Call Data

Adds substreams output module to track all the transactions to the OP Batch Index EOA and extract its calldata
Added to the CombinedData output too.

Add a new module which allows to consume all the data together: AA and Chronicle transactions, as well as Rollups deployments.
This is useful since we need to start indexing Rollups deployments on the Ethereum Mainnet too
