True that this is in the GATK repository, but someone should be able to run these instructions without having to build the GATK from source (and rather, just install it from the zip distribution, etc) |

I added GATK to prereqs
-- but should this be done through conda?
--isn't gatk technically part of this repository anyway? wouldn't that be the easier way?
