George's new docker image seems to contain the gatk updates necessary to fix the issue in CreateFilterSet, so I backed up the updates to make that use the docker image Miguel created for me. I kept the typo change and the update to the import docker. Might require another PR after this to ensure that the jar referenced in the beta pipeline is compatible with our VQSR work, though!
