Carbon currently ignores the Cachet timezone setting as the Laravel-set one overrides it. Adding APP_TIMEZONE to .env.example would mitigate this issue.

Add APP_TIMEZONE to .env.example (#2821)

* Add APP_TIMEZONE to .env.example

This fixes the issue described in #2820.

* Change timezone default value from null to UTC
