Let's change the remap for closing an attached chase buffer to <leader> q instead of just q.

The remap q is used for starting and ending recording a macro.

Another problem that we need to fix here is that the remap is being attached to all files, instead chase must be attached to only chase files, *.py files for python, for instance.

Before was just q. That was overwriting the default macro keymap.
