Elastirini: instruction for searching

I have several questions for Elastirni:

1. Can anyone provide me with some instructions on how to use Elastirini to do some basic query search like the one in pyserini? Is there any way I can use elastirini with pyserini?
2. What is the difference between using elastirini only vs. using elastic search only vs. using anserini only? What are the benefits of using elastirini?
   I am kind of lost in the documentary and thank you so much for your help!
