Tic-Tac-Toe

This is a Tic-Tac-Toe application implemented in javascript, the idea of this application was from a friend on twitter Adewale Abati ♠︎ @Ace_KYD "which says you have to build stuff no matter how small and suggest this application to do done with any framework either react..." when i was stuck after going through docs resources and sites about tic-tac-toe, i came across https://codepen.io/janschreiber/pen/xZbEvM code on codepen which was helpful.
