feat: updated styling

Problem:

The current plugin had poor styling and wasn't consistent with our design system.

Solution:

• updated every component to match the updated designs provided by Alex.
• improved the wording
• organized the file/folder structure
• added mutations for snippet subscriptions
• added links to snippet, cookbook, groups when applicable.
• added syntax highlighting
• ensured overflowing text (title & description) was handled correctly

Additional Notes:

• tested the extension on Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket, SO, Replit to ensure styles weren't overridden
• fixed an issue where hitting enter while searching refreshed the page
