Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current default meta description of the CARE frontend application is quite outdated.

Describe the solution you'd like
The default meta description of the CARE frontend application needs to be updated to better align with our mission. Furthermore, it would be beneficial for the platform's flexibility and adaptability if we can support configuring or whitelabelling the meta description for each instance of the CARE application. This would allow each deployment to tailor the description to better suit their local context and goals.

Suggestive default description:

Revolutionizing EMR with AI: Open Healthcare Network develops free, open-source tools to enhance efficiency in global healthcare delivery. Our EMR system is recognized as a Digital Public Good by the United Nations.
