Hi! Thanks for the PR. Unfortunately these instructions are inaccurate. The correct (pre-built) installation method for Windows is downloading the .exe from the releases page and running that. Please update the instructions accordingly so we can properly document how to get echidna running on Windows 😃

This is inaccurate, echidna on pip is some other different software: https://pypi.org/project/echidna/
