This wiki explains what Gamma is, and also what it isn't.
- Gamma is an authentication application:
- Gamma supports OAuth 2.0 authentication for IT services.
- Gamma is also an authorization application:
- Gamma, much like an LDAP service, stores users, groups, and relationships between them. Users are IT, students, groups are for example digIT. The relationships between them will be for example a user who is part of digIT and is a chairman there.
