Procedure

  1. Submit a New Issue
  2. Include in the start of the header, "(CR)" and the short summary of the change
  3. Fill out in the main comment the reason for the change, with customer id, cost code, affected services
  4. Visit the calendar and schedule a time for the change and include the appropriate mailing groups
