Low power modes and flyback diode.

Adding the low power mode (sleep between readings) and getting the flyback diode correctly oriented on the PCB and schematic.

v1.1 - Bundle library and Refactor archive

I now bundle the DHT11 library along with the code, it's a little bit hard to find and install otherwise.
I've also refactored the archive/git repo layout and added some notes to the ReadMe's
