We have added a non-projective algorithm with a dynamic oracle to the set of BIST-parsers.
The model has been evaluated at http://universaldependencies.org/conll17/results-las.html (LyS-FASTPARSE team, 7th out of 33 in the big treebanks category)
A paper describing our participation at the shared-task will be published soon.
