@sbrink any feedback on this PR? I believe this PR will also make this extension closer to being "elm-format approved" plugin. Also, I'm planning to deprecate my elm-format extensions once this PR is merged. |

I added support for format on save per this request #46 and also added some documentation for elm-format.
