OpenEmbedded BSP layer for hardkernel ODROID devices

Status of support devices:
The following will boot in 5.x kernel and laste OE uboot
ODROID-XU3: arm
ODROID-XU3-lite: arm
ODROID-XU4: arm
ODROID-C2: arm64
ODROID-HC1: arm
ODROID-h2: x86-64

This boards still uses Hardkernel u-boot: 
ODROID-n2: arm64; linux-5.3 rc

This boards still use either Hardkernel u-boot or kernel or both
ODROID-c1: hard-kernel-uboot

Mali support is may not work on 4.19 so you may want to use hard-kernel
emmc support is not working
