ucExplorer Beta 0.9.4

New beta corrects sizing issues and attempts to address VBA x64 crash-on-exit bug.

Since the file names are the same I'm putting them in zips: You need the version to match the bitness of the host... i.e. for VB6 you need the 32bit version, for 64bit Office you need the 64bit version, and for tB or .NET you'd need both if you wanted to be able to compile for both platforms.

ucExplorer Beta 0.9.3

This is the initial public beta of ucExplorer. It's generally working in tB and other hosts (I've checked for initial loading/basic features in tB, VB6, and MS Access), but still has some kinks to work out.
