I have saved to a file a FRASER object that has been generated with version 1.2.1.

Then, I have tried to load it with the latest version of FRASER (1.99.2) and I got the following error:

"Error in validObject(object) :
invalid class "FraserDataSet" object: The nonSplicedReads do not have corresponding splitReads. This is probably the result of merging"

Indeed, the counts are from an external tool and I have formatted them in order to be compatible with FRASER requirements. But in version 1.2.1 I can get the outlier results without any problem.

I would like to know if the format of the counting matrices has changed in the latest release. I have checked the last manual and I have not found any new formatting specification.

Hi there,

Indeed some major changes between the old FRASER and v2 could prohibit compatibility. The recommendation would be to regenerate the counts and repeat FRASER analysis with the newest version.
