What & Why
프로젝트 기반작업 일부입니다.
CRA 를 vite 로 변경하고 lint, prettier, jsconfig 등을 추가합니다.
husky 와 workflow 를 추가합니다.
theme 과 라우트는 형상만 잡아뒀고 이후 PR 에서 따로 작업합니다.
