When I was setting up my environment, I was unable to install Ruby 2.7.1 due to an end-of-life warning (the terminal would hang on installation attempt). @kstack7 recommended that I use the vagrant installation instead, which worked perfectly. In case another contributor ran into this issue, I added note about using vagrant in event of installation issues with Ruby v2.7.1
