Use Version::ForEachOverlapping to implement Version::Get()

This code has been tested with existing tests and no new tests are written because it justs implements Version:: Get() with Version:: ForEachOverlapping() which has been fully tested.

If you authored these, maybe you used a different email address in the git commits than was used to sign the CLA (login here to double check)?
