Test code for binding c++ and lua with luaplus.
- Copied luaplus code from https://github.com/jjensen/luaplus51-all. Only lua5.2 source code was copied.
- Changed build tool from jam to CMake, CMakeLists.txt was added.
- Some modifications for building on Cygwin.
- Test code mainly from http://wwhiz.com/LuaPlus/LuaPlus.html, with revision of typo and update to link with newest luaplus implementation.
