USB C interface used for charging, flashing and serial debug using ESP32-C3 serial/JTAG peripheral.
Onboard jumper (JP1) or switch (SW2) can be used with the PCCA button to flash the ESP32-C3.

uart0 tx,rx used for flashing code and serial print with external usb-uart adapter
