This repository houses mutilples scripts and files of the Cusco project, which aimed to identify high-risk areas for fasciola transmission using thermal and multispectral sensors mounted on of type MAVIC 3 drones.
Our study area is located in the departament and province of Cusco in Peru. For this study were selected two communities, Huayllapata and Huayccaycancha.
